collaborative workshops, 4 - 5 August 2006
Two day long workshops for secondary school students to create work in response to ‘Along the Way’ exhibition at Modern Art Oxford by Kerry James Marshall. I collaborated with musician Pete McPhail to lead the sessions, which explored the place we lived in and used sound and visual artwork to create a performance and installation piece. Parents and guardians attended a performance at Modern Art Oxford on the last day.
This was one of several projects I worked on with Modern Art Oxford between 2005 - 2007 under the direction of Sarah Mossop, the Community Education Manager for the gallery.
